Online Registration


This year, Westmont College will host the 18th biennial ACMS Conference. For the first time this year, participants will be allowed to register online for the conference.

  • Dates: The conference begins with an evening meal and program on Wednesday, June 1st. The conference concludes with a worship service in the later morning on Saturday, June 4th. Participants have the option to stay on the campus of Westmont from Tuesday night (May 31st) through Sunday night (June 5th).
  • Student Grants: Graduate and undergraduate students are encouraged to attend the ACMS conference and will have their registration, housing and food costs discounted by 50%. The ACMS will offer five travel grants up to $200 to graduate students for costs not covered by other sources. The awards will be made on a first-come first-served basis. To receive monetary support, graduate students must register for the ACMS conference and indicate on the form below that they are requesting a travel grant. Students selected to receive the travel grants should submit their travel receipts when they register at the conference. All reimbursed graduate students are expected to attend the events of the conference and are required to attend Friday evening's banquet. They will receive their checks following that event.
  • Spouses and children: Conference participants are welcome to bring spouses and children. Please indicate the lodging information as appropriate in the form below. You and your spouse will both be charged the rate for occupying a double. Make sure you order as many plans or meal tickets as you and your family need.
  • Package meal plan: The package meal plan covers all meals from Wednesday dinner through Saturday breakfast, including the Friday night banquet. (The cost for the package plan is a few dollars less than ordering meals individually.) If you require fewer meals than the plan offers, do not select the package plan but order meals individually. If you require more meals than the package plan offers, order the package plan and add additional meals as needed.
  • Banquet option: For those participating in the banquet, there will be three meal options: chicken, beef, or vegetarian. In the form we ask you to write in your preference. If a registrant and spouse both desire to attend the banquet, please write in the two desired meal options.
  • Payment: You may pay by credit card (prefered) or check. Registrants who use a credit card will be guided through the PayPal process. When done with the PayPal process, please click the link that returns you to the ACMS webpages. (Doing this will update the database file and tell us that your transaction is complete.) Registrants who pay by check should follow the instructions at the Check Out page.

  • Single Occupancy Rate: $35.33 per night
  • Double Occupancy Rate: $27.30 per night
  • Rate for children under 18: $11 per day
  • Attendees residing off-campus will be charged a campus use fee of $10.50 per day.
