Mathematics - Grove City College announces a faculty opening in the Department of Mathematics beginning in August 2008. A Ph.D. in mathematics is required. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses at all levels, advising, and mentoring senior projects.  This position also will assist in developing and guiding student research opportunities for mathematics majors. Applicants in all areas of mathematics will be considered. 

Candidates must evidence a strong record of classroom teaching, scholarship within their field, and a commitment to instructing highly motivated students (1268/1600 average SAT for entering freshmen). Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications.
