Why Natural Selection Can’t Design Anything

This paper argues that known scientific laws cannot account for the key feature of life that needs to be explained specified complexity.  It carefully defines specified complexity and argues that the Darwinian mechanism operating via evolutionary algorithms is unable to explain it.
